Excellent stay in a central location, close to key viewpoints overlooking Zurich. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - I happened to be staying during a massive street party outside near the lake, and the staff were keen to ensure minimal noise disrupted my stay (my room was quiet all night). Though slightly small, the twin room was the perfect size for a single traveller, and the breakfast downstairs was tasty.

    Rooms are clean comfortable and beautiful with good quality toiletries. Fantastic location right in the middle of Bahnhofstrasse in iconic European lanes. Staff is very kind and helpful. I checked in at midnight due to an emergency and the man at the reception even suggested alternate hotels that I can get around the area. Did end up staying here in a 1bedroom apartment though which is spacious. Very smooth check in and check out process.

    The hotel is very convenient to the Zurich main station as well as the Bahnhofstrasse tram stop. Our room was quiet, perhaps because it was on the highest floor reachable with the lift. The decor is quaint and classy. The floor was not carpeted. Our room -- to our surprise -- was equipped with a Nespresso machine.

    The location is excellent, right opposite Zurich Main Station. Just outside the hotel is Bahnhofstrasse, and it's a 10-minute walk to the old town. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that the two glasses for drinking water weren't cleaned properly, which somewhat spoils the experience. Everything else is great.
