This accommodation definitely exceeded my expectations! The single room was just lovely; very clean and spacious with a very well-sized bathroom. The staff was so lovely and the breakfast had many healthy options, which was definitely a bonus compared to the more standard options we usually encounter in hotels. I loved my room so much, that I found it hard to say goodbye towards the end of my stay. Location-wise, it is situated very close to the centre (roughly 10 minutes away) but it is so much more quiet, which was an advantage. I will definitely stay here again when I re-visit Salzburg! To all the staff at Bergland Hotel; you are all doing an amazing job, thank you for the quality and level of hospitality you are offering!

The breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from and all fresh, it certainly set my day up. Coffee choices were great. The room with a balcony was excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was also very spacious. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The view from the outside of the breakfast lounge area was very good and the hotel was in a great location, bus was 13 stops away from the city centre. I would recommend getting a Salzburg card. We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!
