The location was great Close to The Emirates Mall and the room was clean and neat and had all the necessary items to make the stay very comfortable, and Breakfast was a wonderful experience with great selection of food all staff were helpful and friendly, Fast check-in and checkout and I would like to give special thanks to receptionist Mr. Jad for his helpful. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Location is good nearby metro station. Breakfast was very good and changing dinner also. Gym and pool on the rooftop were great. All in all we enjoyed our time there very very much.

"This rating of 10 is attributed to the manager, Mr. Halil, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and showed that a kind word can remedy an unpleasant situation. I had a complaint regarding the breakfast service at the hotel, as well as the inappropriate behavior of a staff member working during that time. However, Mr. Halil promptly addressed the issue and ensured that the remainder of our stay was pleasant and enjoyable."
