They were already taking care of our accommodations before we arrived. Excellent breakfast, very attentive and welcoming service. The location was also excellent. We could alternatively stay on the beach at the Jumeirah Jabeel Saray for no cost and hop on the complimentary shuttle back to the city.

Location is great, 10 min walking from dubai mall/burj khalifa. Staff has been helpful, kind and empathic. Rooms are nice and absolutely clean with a very good view. Buffet Breakfast very good. Common parts very confortable and, plus, a market inside, at ground floor. Nothing more to wish

Everything. Excellent hospitality on highest level. Rooms are spacious, elegant with super comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious, pool area is amazing, stunning kids pool and kids area. We love the location almost within Dubai Mall and if we talk about staff, that is best in class! Extraordinary!     A very comfortable apartment in the heart of DIFC. Very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Our host moved us to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost due to a plumbing issue in the studio unit. Good communication and the effortless checking in and out process.
