Staff was very helpfull, booking us tour for Bach Ma national park and they even gave us some biscuits and water for the trip. Nice view from the sky bar. Gym is in great condition. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Great stay in Hue.

Don't too picky about the smell, its hot spring from underground, you will get used to it after 5 mins. - Ganban is another beautiful touch with 4 different rooms, ensure you feel relaxed after this. - Employees are so nice & friendly, esp reception and restaurant team (Dieu Ai is amazing one). - Garden will make you feel you're in Japan. All of these with unbeatable prices. You shouldn't miss this and there is no doubt I'd love love love to come back.
