I stayed here 3 nights at the same owner’s property about 200 meters away. I believe they are called Happy Homes Moc Chau. The first 2 nights in the upstairs room were lovely. The room is modern with a comfortable bed, great air con unit, and nice layout. There is construction happening, but it was not an issue. A swimming pool is being built and additional units. The 3rd night, I was asked to move to a ground floor, and the room was smaller with a weird layout. The bathroom was accessed by ducking under a sloped stair, and the bed in this room was very hard. The owner is very nice and friendly.

There was a mini refrigerator in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful (we used a translation app). The breakfast was nice, but the first floor is very loud in the morning due to a daycare school in one if the large rooms. Only two minor issues: 1- was the shower head is set too short, and have to step up inside the bathtub to use it. 2- renovation / construction in the morning was quite loud.
