Friendly staffs and always supportive. The food in the hotel is amazing. I stayed for 3 nights and had dinner there everyday. Beautiful room view!

Thien Thanh Hotel dispone de jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Phong Nha. The free breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with a smile! The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.

Great hotel with a lot of potential . The staff went above and beyond to cater to our requests. Rooms were very well maintained and the beach view is amazing. Location is very close to airport as well.

Hotel has nice spacious rooms with balconies (though there was no seating on them). Beautiful views over the pool area and ocean. Pool area was nice and clean and towels provided. Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.
