Really recommend it.

The location is great to go around the area and visit the different places in Ninh Binh. Taking a scooter (that you can rent there for the day) Tam Coc is 15min away, Trang A complex 10min, Hoa Lu 15-20 min, Bai Dinh pagoda 20min. The family in the Homestay is lovely and the breakfast is also very nice. The omelette, in particular, I don’t know why, it was so good.

Totally amazing place to stay, the host is very friendly, they helped us a lot, we were late to our tour so they came to our room to wake up us.
