I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here

Greenside Hotel se encuentra en Arusha, a 2,9 km de Old German Boma, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. La localización y que la cama era muy cómoda. Que el restaurante sea 24h es un plus. Estaba limpio y el personal era encantador, sobretodo Rehema y Vicente. Siempre estaban pendientes y atendían todas las peticiones. Un plus es que se puede solicitar realizar la lavandería (lo necesitas cuando vienes de un safari lleno de polvo y con todo sucio…)
