The free foot bath and facials they were offering during the Xmas period was simply amazing! Absolutely loved the energy of the staff member greeting when guests arrived and left! I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

The property has an on-site hot tub, hairdresser's and business centre. This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.
