The room, view, location, everything was perfect!!! The staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and were honestly the best part of our experience (which is hard considering everything else was amazing).

Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Conveniently set in the centre of Belgrade, Black Pearl Luxury Suites provides modern and elegant accommodation. Clean and nice staff with daily cleaning in the morning. Able to get key after hours (my flight did not get in until 22:00). Nice to have jacuzzi in the room. My room had the Jacuzzi to the side of the sofa, not behind it. Quick response to issues. Top bed sheet would have been nice as the comforter was very hot. Great location! 5 minute walk to bus stops, opera house, ‘the horse’ and the bohemian street. 15 minute walk to fortress.

El Hotel Memories OldTown está situado en Budapest, a 5 minutos a pie del mercado central, y ofrece una zona de bienestar con centro de fitness. The location was amazing- very central and one could walk anywhere from there. The room we got was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, they even offer snacks throughout the day at the breakfast area. The most striking thing, however, was the service- it was immaculate! We were treated with utmost respect, the staff was very polite and helpful at any point of the day and we were truly blown away by their service! All in all, great experience! Very grateful to the staff for the wonderful weekend!

El Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts ocupa un palacio ecléctico del siglo XIX situado en el céntrico distrito VI de Budapest. Este lujoso hotel presenta una temática histórica. We stayed here as a couple and had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and helpful too. They booked restaurant tables for us and were always happy to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was really nice. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfy and the overall ionic style was lovely. We were celebrating a birthday and got some extra champagne and a cake delivered to the room for arrival which was really nice (paid extra). The breakfast was great as other reviews mention, and the spa was quite nice. We found the spa to be busy at around 5 pm. The location is great and it is close to many shops and touristy locations we pretty much walked everywhere. It was about 45 mins to the river to walk but taxis were available in a couple of minutes. Overall we loved it and if we were coming back to Budapest we would re-book in an instant!
