En suite bathrooms are equipped with a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a bidet and bathrobe. Room was fairly large. The toilet, shower and basins were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was exceptional - we were provided with a note from the person cleaning our room with a special glasses cleaner for use to use as he/she noticed we wore glasses. Nice tough. The restaurants in hotel were amazing. We loved the pool area. There was always a staff member to help with towells and drinks. The staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so polite. It felt like home. We travel a lot and this rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Close to Orchard Road and 200m from MRT. So convenient. Thanks to the entire staff.

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. Perfect location right above the ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness, comfortable room and the rain shower was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar also cool.

AC cools really well. apartment is very nicely appointed with all the amenities needed. lots of storage area. Nespresso machine works well and they refill coffee capsules everyday. i really liked those complementary hot chocolate sachets. tastes very good! there is a separate filtered drinking water tap so yoy never have to worry about buying water bottles. it is a unique addition and highly appreciated. housekeeping is great - makes bed nicely everyday. breakfast was included in our price but we were late waking up everyday - so we didn't attend. gym has sauna and steam room separate for men and women but nobody used it. the swimming pool is massive and the pool area is enjoyable. the property is very modern and well maintained. overall we had a pleasant stay wirh no issues. it is highly recommended.

There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Location was amazing. Pool was big. Apartments were well kitted out. Had washer and dryer. Easy walk to the metro.
