I chose this hotel because it was important for me to be close to the airport. It is approximately 3 km from OTP airport, or 5 minutes by taxi. The place is very quiet and picturesque, and is located on the other side of the airport and there is no noise from flying planes. I took a taxi, Bolt/Uber an paid 7.00 $ for a taxi from OTP airport to the Ami Residence Hotel. FAST COMMUNICATION. When I booked hotel, I wanted to inform owner that I am about to come in 10 min. I wrote on WhatsApp and the owner immediately replied that the room was reserved for me. When I got into the taxi, I also asked the driver to call the owner and double check the address. The driver spoke to the owner and everything was as mentioned on site. ENVIRONMENT. Check-in was fast. The lady-receptionist was waiting for us and provided necessary support. In general, the room I booked was like for VIP guest. It was very clean, fully equipped with bath towels, bed sheets, coffee, tea, candies, crockery, etc. All furniture were brand new ! I really just relaxed and enjoyed my free time. FOCUS ON CLIENT. The owner was focus oriented. I asked to order food from a local pizzeria and arrange delivery directly to the hotel. The owner helped me and arranged everything. I am very grateful for such attitude. I will recommend it for sure.

The Marmorosch Bucharest, Autograph Collection es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Bucarest que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, centro de fitness, wifi gratis y terraza. The facilities are great. The bar and restaurant amazing. After long days of walking and discovery the city relaxing in the spa was a plus.

Great location. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were far larger than expectations, which was nice to be able to spread out as a family. Rooms had everything you needed, plus more. Stocked kitchenette with all the serving utensils you would need. Restaurant was convenient and good food!

We loved the room, it’s very romantic and cosy. The bed is amazing and very comfortable, bathroom sink is very big - perfect for all of our things. We loved that there were wine glasses and a big TV. We recommend 2 blankets and 2 more pillows, which we got from the cleaning lady. Overall amazing experience. In the building you can find a mini market which was cool. There is also a pool and spa, but it was 200 lei per person which was not worth it for us.
