I traveled all around the world and nothing is even close to this place. No words to describe how beautiful it is but more importantly how we were treated. Every worker was extremly friendly, supportive, kind and thats what ive liked the most about this place. Effort to make us feel good. Even my kids said they treat us with so much respect. I appreciate that so much. The food was tasty, big choice, absolutely amazing. Very clean rooms, quite, they met my needs in every way. The same i can tell for locals. I had no one bad experiance during my stay. People are kind, helpful, everyone speak english, there was no shady things, fraud etc. 100 out of 10. Beautiful city, worth visiting. We are coming back again 😇 Thank you for everything.

El Grand Hotel Italia, situado en el exclusivo barrio residencial de Buna Ziua, sobre el centro de Cluj, es un hotel de lujo palaciego decorado al estilo Liberty italiano. Very nice hotel. There are several large parking lots. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is more than perfect. The breakfast was also very good. The outdoor pool is large and well-arranged. The spa center is perfect. We have no complaints. We liked it.

The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The view was absolutely awesome, truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! We also tried the pizza from their restaurant, and it was really delicious!
