The service and staff friendliness are exceptional. I do not remember the last time I was this happy with a hotel. My wife and I asked if we could get a room with one big bed instead of two beds, and we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a terrace - the explanation was "we like to make our customers happy"! Our friends, who arrived one day after us, had their camera bag mistakenly taken by someone at the airport. Marta, whose sole purpose seems to be customer satisfaction, arranged for their Tesla shuttle driver to help them through this unfortunate situation and then even drive over 60 km to recover the bag before bringing them to the hotel... simply incredible! Also good to know is that thanks to the nearby Metro station, getting around was a breeze. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Obrigada Marta, and a big thank you to all your colleagues.

Incredible staff - very professional, very friendly. Patricia checked us in but looked after us our entire stay. She found me once outside the hotel - above and beyond excellent caring. It is difficult to leave the hotel to enjoy outside! The rooftop pool and view are great, but we really enjoyed the spa and the great couples treatment. Thank you Cátia and Melissa. Our dinner at the restaurant had unique cocktails and really embraces português food. I forgot the waiter’s name - Português who grew up in Rhode Island? He was truly a wonder sharing his knowledge with us. Inês made every morning wonderful with a superior breakfast, her kindness remembering our likes, her warmth speaking to guests in 4 languages!

The hotel has two restaurants, one of which is a “gourmet temple”. The rooms are scrupulously clean and luxuriously furnished. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. We were picked up from the parking lot with an umbrella on arrival and directed to reception. We didn't have to worry about our luggage on arrival or departure.
