I really like the staff they were so helpful especially the pool bar the bartender Michael and the staff Jose was such a nice company since we couldn’t go to the beach because of the weather he was so nice to entertain us he also offered to guide us to places since we didn’t know where to go and we felt safe as we were all girls we were not so sure about going out just us since we didn’t felt safe at all so when he offered we felt safe when he guided us to places so we enjoyed our Boracay trip because of Michael the hospitality on this hotel is the best they go beyond on what your gonna expect it was such a nice experience thank to Michael and Jose. I will seriously recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We enjoyed everything! The staff were kind and always ready to help us in any way we needed. There were plenty of activities for the kids, and everyone was friendly and eager to assist with everything we required! .

They are also fitted with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. Exceptional stay! It exceeded all my expectations! Primarily, the level of service is over and beyond what we have experienced anywhere in the world. They will go the extra mile, even anticipating what you need. The facilities are superb and truly lives up to its name - a Shangri-la, a paradise. The restaurant outlets were equally world class and so unique! The manaagers of both the Rima and the Sirena were just so over and beyond what we expect in terms of customer service. Here, you feel very welcome. I don't normally write reviews, much less in these superlative terms but it deserved nothing less. We will definitely be back.

The rooms were spotless, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay. The free shuttle service to the beach and the shopping mall was so convenient and made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. We’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommended!

The hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. - cold AC - beds were super comfy - staff were so warm and accomodating, always greeted us on the way in/out with a smile - changed bath and beach towels often - free breakfast - foot bath at the entrance to wash off sand - beach front and super close to many establishments! about a 7 minute walk to D’Mall - despite it being so close to the beach, it was really quiet! - pool!!!! - spacious room for group of 5 - we also had an early flight into Boracay and they were kind enough to let us check in early!
