We spent every evening there — great views, great vibes. Breakfast? Fresh, tasty, with a few local surprises. Perfect way to start the day. Honestly, for the price, the quality and service were way beyond expectations. If you're coming with friends and want a stylish, chill, and friendly place — this is it. We’ll be back next time. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Cause it's a new hotel, everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. It's a great location, has a fantastic team, and has a stunning design and view. You have a 360-degree view of the valley, and you won't find that anywhere else. The hotel was even more beautiful than the photos. I had no problems at all. It's the best in Kathmandu. I'll be back. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect – peaceful yet conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable bed – I had one of the best night’s sleep in a long time! The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were also great perks, offering a good start to the day. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Whether it was local recommendations or helping with transportation, they made the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area!

Patan Square is an oasis in Kathmandu. After two days of travel, we were able to check in early to rest. We enjoyed the roof top restaurant twice, the roof top pool, spa services and breakfast. All excellent!
