Tuddal Høyfjellshotel se encuentra en Tuddal, a 12 km de Monte Gaustatoppen, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. We loved absolutely everything about this gem of a property: the location in a stunning natural environment, the adorable staff, the unique history and decor of the hotel full of collectible and heirloom furniture and, of course the wonderful dinner. Food certainly was a highlight as this is generally where Norway fails to impress us. We were served a fresh, creative, and delicious dinner in the beautiful dining room overlooking the fjell. The chef even adjusted the menu for the vegetarians among us, creating genuine new dishes for us. Wow! Again, that was unexpected as eating veg in Norway is often a challenge. Everything felt authentic and personal in this independently-run property. Dinner starts with a presentation of the history of the place by the owner, their struggles during Covid and how they overcame them. Charmingly, this introduction included the reading of a poem (sadly we don’t understand Norwegian so had to rely on the translation of the presentation afterwards). Every effort is made to be sustainable : There’s a vegetable garden, the delicious bread is baked on the premisses (we took a box of the amazing Flatbrød with us) and the lovely shop sells some local cheese, honey and other specialties including, this being Norway, sweets :) We are already dreaming of a next stay to the Tuddal Høyfjellshotel to experience more of its magic and of the stunning nature around it as our stay this time was way too short. Note to the owners: stay as you are, you are a genuine gem and the world needs more places like yours. Thank you for everything!

La localización era idílica, nada más que naturaleza a nuestro alrededor. Tuvimos la grandísima suerte de que éramos los únicos en todo el alojamiento. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

What a great property owned by a lovely, kind host who has a super creative home... The apartment is large and fully equipped with every possible convenience. I had such a lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Thank you Carly (sorry I don't know how to spell it correctly!)

If you are looking for nature and relaxing, Leiligheten is a perfect place to stay. It located on top if the hill just in front of the lake. A fireplace for barbique, outside dining table, kitchen, etc make an enjoyable stay.

The bathroom equipped with everything you need In the kitchen we found everything we needed, from plates, cutlery to spices, sugar. Spacious leaving room. Very beautiful terrace and courtyard. Car parking in the yard. Welcoming and kind hosts.

Flott hytte på Lifjell, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 36 km de Iglesia de Madera de Heddal. A very nice place to spend the weekend. Very good place to hike nearby too.
