El Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la Torre KL y las Torres Petronas. Loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very well organized. Staff was amazing. Super helpful and always attending to our needs. Hotel services like swimming pool, activities for kids, spa and in room dining services were exceptional. Buffet breakfast and dinner had variety and taste. Concierge and room service was great. Overall it was excellent.

The rooms were spacious, cozy and the view on the klcc was breathtaking. The staff were very responsive, respectful and friendly. The access to klcc was shorter then we thought.
