Beautiful property in a tranquil spot by the river, wonderful service and such friendly staff. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay more! We arrived early in the day and were offered breakfast and they were also able to have our room ready early, which was fantastic! Can't recommend Aathma Colombo House enough. We had a few hours exploring Colombo and it was quick to get to the city by Tuk Tuk.

The room was beautiful and the property is located in a lovely neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful courtyard setting. Bubble the dog is a cute added bonus. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Niwahas Apartment Borella also offers a rooftop pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. They organized late check in, all was great! The apartment is suspicious and clean.
