The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!
