The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.

They genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the stay. The location for us was fantastic - Hamra street was just a couple of minutes walk away, pigeon's rock also very close. Many restaurants and stores were available close to the apartment. On our last day we had a flight in the late afternoon and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the room until it it was time to go. For that day, it was our base for an approx. 15 km walk throughout the center of Beirut and we were happy to be able to see so many incredible spots on our last day. Would love to come back!

Great hospitality, thank you very much. They have gifted a cake on our anniversary. Hotel was now very new but in good condition. Bathroom is very good. And best part is that the balcony door can be fully opened so you can have fresh air and of couse use the balcony.

I would like them all but would like to thank Rosaline, Mostafa, Mohamed, and of course the manger Mr Mohamed .. the restaurants staff, the health club staff, and cleaning staff. The hotel has a distinguished location. the room has an amazing sea view, very clean and comfortable.
