El anfitrión era super amable y atento, nos dejó té y agua gratis; también fue flexible con el horario de salida y nos permitió dejar las maletas en el alojamiento después del check-in.

The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. The concierge team were so helpful organizing restaurant bookings, ski lessons, hire cars and shifting our ski gear around Japan.

Hostel Yui-an was the most special accommodation in our entire trip to the Japanese Alps. The house is simply amazing, the surroundings are peaceful and the girls who run the place are nice, friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. I would totally recommend it!

Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, su arquitectura y el concepto de alojamiento. Una gran experiencia. Me hubiera quedado otro día más. Muy recomendable

You can take the shuttle bus in front of the hotel to ski resort. The breakfast is simple but fantastic. I will choose this again when I am back to Hakuba

Pension Belnina está en Hakuba, en la región de Nagano, cerca de Estación de esquí Happo One y Terminal de autobuses Happo de Hakuba. the owner Yutakasan is the best I have so far. he’s very welcoming and assisted us with whatever we need during our stay (from helping us to book for a taxi in the middle of the night, to lend me some of the skiing equipment) & the location is very near to the slope shuttle bus stop, the property is clean, warm, cozy and very homey. the breakfast was execellent! they also have a private onsen in the property. super highly recommended to stay here!

Yorozuya se encuentra en Yamanouchi, a 4,1 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 10 km de Ryuoo Ski Park. Ofrece alojamiento con bar y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. It was very unique experience. This very charming traditional Japanese ryokan is within short distance from the train (or bus) station. Everything was clean and well organised there. We spent really very relaxing enjoyable moments there. It feels all very authentic (including delicious Japanese dining) and the stuff is also very friendly and welcoming. 100% worth it!
