Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff kindly arranged a shuttle bus reservation for us. The shuttle operates several times a day between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel, making access very convenient. This small but thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for a highly attentive and hospitable service throughout our stay. The hotel lobby features a charming little shop, a 24-hour coffee machine, and during specific times, complimentary desserts and wine are served — a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. Our room was exceptional: traditional yet luxurious, with an electric fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere. The private open-air bath on the balcony, overlooking Mount Fuji, was an extraordinary experience. The hotel thoughtfully provides comfortable pajamas, which guests are encouraged to wear not only in their rooms but also while visiting the restaurant and spa areas — a unique and relaxing custom that adds to the homely and welcoming ambiance of the hotel. El Konanso ofrece vistas magníficas al monte Fuji y al lago Kawaguchi, baños termales naturales y habitaciones amplias de estilo japonés con suelo tradicional de tatami (entramado de paja). Todo excelente. Limpio y bonito, los trabajadores amables, y la comida muy buena. El onsen es maravilloso.

El Ryokan Hostel K's House ocupa un edificio de 100 años de antigüedad declarado bien cultural tangible situado en Shizuoka, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes JR Ito. El hostel es increíble. Una experiencia tradicional japonesa inolvidable. Fuimos a habitación compartida y hubo un problema con un huésped que llegó borracho, pero el personal del hotel lo resolvió rapidísimo y muy amablemente nos dieron otra habitación. El onsen es soñado. Me metí cuando no había gente y pude disfrutarlo yo sola. Incluso llovió y nos dieron paraguas y un aparato para secar las zapatillas. Super atentos. Vayan si o si!!

A beautiful property in a stunning location, perfect for exploring Magome and the Nakasendo trail. The space is beautiful decorated, Ken and Yuki have done an amazing job! The room was beautiful with stunning views of the surrounding area and the beds were very comfortable. Ken and Yuki were lovely hosts who made us feel right at home, especially with the delicious dinner and breakfast, which we definitely recommend!

SAUNA VILLA 然 se encuentra en Nagano, a 15 min a pie de Templo Zenkoji y a 2,4 km de Estación de Nagano. The check in and out seamless, property was clean and just fabulous! Couldn’t have asked for more - great attention to detail. Comfy beds - gray amenities and free water beer and apple juice ! Plus sample sake in the foyer - brilliant lovely place to stay in Nagano

Owner is a Singaporean. She is 10/10! Very kind and helpful. A very beautiful and fully equipped house. Owner upgraded our room, and we really grateful for that!
