This small but thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for a highly attentive and hospitable service throughout our stay. The hotel lobby features a charming little shop, a 24-hour coffee machine, and during specific times, complimentary desserts and wine are served — a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. Our room was exceptional: traditional yet luxurious, with an electric fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere. The private open-air bath on the balcony, overlooking Mount Fuji, was an extraordinary experience. The hotel thoughtfully provides comfortable pajamas, which guests are encouraged to wear not only in their rooms but also while visiting the restaurant and spa areas — a unique and relaxing custom that adds to the homely and welcoming ambiance of the hotel. My family and I stayed there for 3 nights and we were blown away by how amazing it was! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and the room itself was gorgeous and cozy. However my favorite part would have to be the onsen water itself after adventuring around a lot of central Japan the past couple weeks a soak was what we needed and K's house did not disappoint.
