The hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and the window view was magnificent. There were many food options for breakfast and they were all delicious. I want to give special thanks to the receptionists Raja and Mohammad for their welcoming and helping throughout the stay.

Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

From the second you walk in the door, till your check out, they will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were absolutely the best ever!! Without exemption. The hotel itself is also worth the stay, with spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast, and swimmingpool and big jacuzzi in mint condition. The perfect example of Jordan hospitality.
