There are metro and tram nearby, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel employees are very friendly, attentive, helpful, and will always kindly answer all questions. The staff at the reception truly cares about keeping the guests satisfied! The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room has an original design. Recommending to everyone, you will be pleased to stay here!

Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

Daily cleaning and fresh towels made it even more comfortable. The location is perfect, only a two-minute walk to the train station, safe at night, and within walking distance of the Vatican and other attractions. The host was welcoming and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again.
