El Hotel Florence se encuentra en el corazón de Bellagio, a pocos pasos de las orillas del lago de Como, y alberga un restaurante y zona de bienestar. Nos encantó la localización del hotel y su cercanía al estacionamiento público, la belleza, comodidad y la vista desde el cuarto al Lago Como. La habitación estaba super cómoda, bien provista de suministros, bien limpia, organizada y decorada. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. Nos permitieron el check-in mucho antes de la hora que nos tocaba, lo cual fue un super plus. Todo excedió nuestras expectativas.
