We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

It was clean and our room had a big terrace. The breakfast was very very good with different options. The spa and pool was good. Also we enjoyed the conversation with very friendly staff. And we were happy and surprised to see they had a finnish bidet in addition to the common one. The food in restaurant was also recommended. We enjoyed our stay.
