The rooms of Villa Athena Resort are air conditioned, and feature a TV and a private marble bathroom. Some have views of the garden, and some overlook the temples. An American breakfast is served daily. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful room looking directly out over the temples, simply stunning. Our room was really beautiful and spacious, and the staff so helpful. Pool was a great warm temperature, quite a change after experiencing many cool pools in Sicily! Finally the restaurant, Terrace of the Gods - we had 'front row' seats looking directly onto the temples and the food was outstanding!

If you have a car I highly recommend staying here as it’s only 10 minutes away from the temples and the city center. The host is very kind and helpful. He tends to your needs and truly tries to make your stay comfortable and one to remember. The breakfast and dinners are something you should try.

Boasting an open-air bath and views of city, BeB Omare Agrigento is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Agrigento, 37 km from Heraclea Minoa. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The accommodation features a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. BeB Omare Agrigento is a beautifully restored property in the city center. Our host and owner, Barbara, was incredibly gracious, accommodating, and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable, bright, clean, and nicely furnished in the local contemporary style. Breakfast is ordered the day before from a menu offering a wide variety of food, fruits, and juices—wonderfully prepared selections delivered to the rooms for a delightful self-serve breakfast. If you're driving, I recommend initially parking in the public lot at the edge of town, leaving your luggage, and walking to the BeB to check in. The BeB is situated in the city center, on a small street with limited parking. Once checked in, you can get driving directions and retrieve your car and luggage. If you're lucky, an on-street parking space might be available nearby.

Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The bed and breakfast has a sun terrace and a hot tub. This was my favorite B&B in 4 weeks of travelling, everything is new and spotlessly clean, an oasis to relax in away from the busyness of Agrigento. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and can be enjoyed outside in the garden, where there are also 2 lovely cats to keep you company. The host was super friendly and accomodating. Would definitely come here again! Oh and last but not least: there's an incredible, award winning pizzeria nearby, don't miss it on your visit!

I really recommend this stay if you are visiting Agrigento or the temples!! It looks even better in real life than on the pictures. *Room was clean,very good bed+pillow, large, seatings in front of the terrace(We had the blue room in front of the pool). *We were able to park the car behind the gate * swimming pool + area is really nice! Full of green and big enough for the guests. Also outside shower present * 4min drive from the old town Agrigento (which is very cosy at night) * the breakfast was one of the best We had in Sicily! (Very big and lots of options!!) * the view is heavenly! * if people write about busy road and lots of noise, its really not that bad. There is a road next to it, but not like its a highway or so. I can assure you, you feel perfectly zen around the pool area and no trouble sleeping at night! + big : very lovely friendly family! Carla(daughter gave us friendly welcome and lots of information) and Antonella was very friendly at breakfast ( she speaks french btw!) We had a lovely stay and would gladly stay here again!
