The hotel is wonderful - Location: located right at Sanur harbor, you can easily walk to Sanur harbor to go to the islands such as Nusa,.. - Wifi 10/10 - Staff : 10/10 always cheerful, friendly, asking about the experience at the hotel and ready to help at any time (especially given a welcome dessert) - The room space is designed so romantically, we just need to lie on the bed and watch the sunrise (a wonderful experience). The swimming pool in the room design helps me enjoy sunbathing and reading wonderfully - Space and hygiene 10/10. Especially the scent in the room is extremely fragrant, making our minds extremely relaxed, smelling like in a relaxing spa It is worth the money we spent

Location, breakfast and staff was excellent. Exceptionally clean, very nice pool and facilities. Will be going back. Photos don't do the place justice. Looks even better in practice.

The spacious rooms at the hotel have plenty of natural light. A minibar and TV with cable channels are provided in each room. Select bathrooms feature a bathtub. Loved it . Perfect stay in a deluxe room. The bed was very confortable, we slept very well. Big room and shower. Good air conditionning. No moskitos because the doors close very well. Beautiful gardens, we had a room with a nice balcony with the swimming pool view, very relaxing and quiet. The gardens are beautiful, it’s very zen and relaxing. We just loved the breakfast, a lot of choices and variety with a nice view. Great service. Loved the tea. I really like swimming in the pool , all the beach and swimming pool transat are very confortable. They have 3 great swimming pools. All the staff are very helpful and nice . They call you in the room to make sure you are ok and don’t need anything. They are kind and give you a lot of Information. I really enjoyed the welcome drink. I ordered it every days :-) and asked them the recipe. Close to everything. The beach is nice but the water can be low because of the tides, easier to swim in the pools. It was clean, they clean everything around the transat. It’s an ok beach not beautiful but ok for a nice walk . Great experience, we will come back. What makes a différence is the staff and high level of service.
