We enjoyed our room fully, it’s beautifully furnished, very spacious, has a nice balcony and on top a private hot tub. What made our stay especially memorable however, was Yiannis , our host. The hospitability and kindness were off the charts, as we were taken on a car ride across the whole of Folegandros, were gifted local pastries to try out (delicious) and were just overall treated so nicely. We hope to come back soon and definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Opening to spacious, furnished balconies with a swimming pool or an outdoor hot tub, the air-conditioned units of Onar are fitted with traditional flooring, white furnishings and white-washed walls. Each unit has a seating area and a private bathroom with bath tub or built-in shower. Facilities include a minibar, a coffee machine, a flat-screen satellite TV with satellite channels, slippers and bathrobes. Exceptional place with perfectly designed rooms and very nice owner. We stayed two nights only and looking forward to stay longer on our next visit to island.

Centrally located in Folegandros Town, the Cycladic-style Polikandia Hotel features a 21-metre heatedpool with separate children’s section and hot tub. Several bars and restaurants can be found at 60 metres, while Agali Beach is 3.5 km away. Had a fantastic experience at Polikandia Hotel. It's a few minutes walk from all the restaurants in the Chora, and really close to the bus stop that takes you to the port and Ano Meria. The room has a spectacular view of the Church of the Virgin Mary, and the little balcony is surrounded by incredible bougainvillea. The pool is sparking and a great way to cool off after a long day out (even after going to the beach). The staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating.

Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served with genuine warmth. The staff went above and beyond—always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We absolutely loved our time at Avaton and are already looking forward to our next visit!
