Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The 2nd floor rooms with the private pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and the breakfast served each morning in the room was excellent. The hotel is a short drive to several very nice beaches. The hotel was expensive but worth it!

All the accommodation types are renovated. Air conditioning comes as a standard. Always a sun bed by the pool. Extremely well maintained grounds and buildings. Lovely ‘village’ feel. Good entertainment program and activities or chill spaces/pools.

The Health Club on the 4th floor, exclusively reserved for hotel guests, is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment as well as a steam bath, a hot tub, a massage table and a sauna with colour and music therapy. The sun beds and umbrellas by the pool area on the roof are perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Location was very close to sea front, city center and airport. Reception staff was wonderfully welcoming and informative. Bed was literally heaven, so comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Free parking was a bonus. Also!! The food!! It was spectacular. Both the bar where you could sit on the roof and the breakfast buffet with local delicacies. Stunning.

The 5-star resort boasts an outdoor pool, two restaurants & 2 bars. New, spacious and clean. New pools. Very attentive staff. Lovely jacuzzi on balcony. Good spa treatments. Pleasant villages and towns nearby. Worth having a hire car to explore the area.

Perfect stay in the heart of Rethymno. Apartment cleaned every morning and everything we could want for a 4 night stay. Staff friendly and the small pool/jacuzzi was great to come back to after a day of shopping and site seeing. Parking was close by at a cost of around €12-14 day/night

Friendly welcome, even after check in hours. Loved the scents chosen, even as we walked into the place and especially the quality of the scents and products in the bathroom! (I’m literally trying to source them so I can enjoy at home!!). Our kids adored the breakfast buffet and the location, walking out to the central square was just so special!!!

It took me a week to write this review just because I didn't know how to write one that would do our vacation justice. Antonis was the kindest host; he welcomed us from the moment we arrived, assisted us with everything we needed throughout the vacation (there was a small ant infestation that he got rid of within hours) and even advised us on what to visit, going as far as to call acquaintances to give us some boat tour options. 😊 The room was nothing short of dreamy, more spatious than the photos give it justice, with every facility you might need (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, hairdryer, iron & table for ironing, makeup table) and a breathtaking view of the coast at any time of the day. There's an AC in both of the rooms, and the walls are perfectly designed for temperature isolation so that not much of the heat gets inside if you keep the doors closed. Clean, tidy, and intimate, with an exit to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room, sunbeds, and a hot tub with lights, music and bubble jets that exceeded expectations— especially in the evening, when the breeze made bathing even better. The surroundings are characteristic to a more picturesque Crete, being a bit further away from the crowds and buildings, which sets an incredibly peaceful ambience, with fireflies and sheep noise in the distance. (I loved the sheep bleating.) There aren't really insects otherwise! Everything was mosquito free. The location also welcomes you with a lovely parrot named Riko, who may seem shy at first but has an amazingly charming and sociable personality, if you're patient enough to give him attention everytime you pass by. We promised Antonis we'll come back again, and we will; it's a shame to only stay at this hotel once.
