I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Domus Blanc Boutique Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de Halepa, La Canea, a 13 min a pie de Playa Koum Kapi, a 200 metros de Casa Museo de Eleftherios Venizelos y a 4 min a pie de Museo... Domus blank exceeded our expectations! The hotel is almost new, stylish and comfortable. All of the staff are very helpful and nice. Thank you very much. We appreciate your hospitality👌🏻

La decoración es espectacular. Cuidan todos los detalles y nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Me encantó que todas las plantas fueran naturales y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Un alojamiento 10 y súper aconsejable. Si volvemos esperamos repetir la estancia. GRACIAS

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. We even got an upgrade, and a welcome bottle of wine and local sweets! Entirely refurbished infrastructure, super nice yet with a vibe of antique authenticity. Located on the hills in complete peace. The breakfast was great and the stuff super friendly. Thanks Konstantina and Kori for making us feel at home!
