Great to have a small kitchen also.Wash machine is down the hallway and very handy. Excellent quality of cleaning with good quality sheets and towels. When back in kutaisi we will try to book.

La ubicación está en el pleno centro de la ciudad y tiene aparcamiento. Hermosa renovación de diseño, dos baños, uno con jacuzzi, TV enorme en toda la pared y hay todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones confortables. Anfitriones agradables, nos ayudaron con todo. Recomiendo encarecidamente este apartamento.

The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.
