This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

Location was good as many things to do within driving distance. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect if you're looking for somewhere to base yourself. Going up ladder for top bed good for older kids.

Great location and walk to the town from the house. Wood fired tub was a nice experience. Such a well out tiny home, family of 4 was very comfortable!

Nos alojamos tres adultos en la Wheelhause y nos lo pasamos como niños chicos. Donde están las casetas hay parque, cancha de fútbol, en la zona común: un billar, un futbolín, juegos de mesas, guitarras, aunque faltaban algunas cuerdas. En definitiva muchísimas cosas que hacer. Cuando llegamos estaban los niños jugando a la caza del oro. Volveremos a Escocia para poder alojarnos aquí otra vez

This place was an absolute wee gem to find. Mary and James couldn't be more hospitable and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. The pool is an amazing feature and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute there. Thanks again

We loved every thing about this place very cozy and relaxing there was everything you needed there the place was very clean the hosts are very kind and very helpful we just loved the hot tube it was a fine size for two people.
