A mi niña le encantó el parque de agua, el show de magos, la fiesta de espuma en la playa. La playa super segura para niños y con fauna diversa marina muy linda. La comida del restaurante muy deli . El personal muy amable y nuestro cuarto super limpio. Nos dejaron hacer early check in y de agradece mucho porque íbamos con mi niña y solo quería dormir.

They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay is very comfortable. We are literally captured by their insane dedication!! Despite the very short notice of our booking which I made on the spot in the reception, and from the moment we arrived the resort, we were surrounded by a super warm receiving by Mr Mahmoud Ashri who took extreme care of us. Checking in was flawless and in no time we were in our rooms. After checking in, he saved absolutely no efforts to accommodate any request from my family. We can’t thank him enough for choosing a wonderful view rooms for my family, which took our stay to another level. We are all astonished by Chef Shenodah who is one of a kind Chef, he paid very special attention to each single member of my family in each single meal !! It’s unbelievable how much he really cared about my family. He made us feel very welcomed and very special. In each single meal, he welcomed each member of my family and he always kept telling my wife and my children, your wishes are commands, just dream and name your food and I will make it happen. We will remember all his phenomenally delicious and super fresh dishes till we come back again. His hospitality and decency are at a totally exceptional level. Thousands of thanks to Mr Ibrahim, the beach life guard. He paid insane attention to my family during snorkeling and gave them precious tips to make them snorkel like pro !!
