Beautiful, brand-new hotel with stunning rooms and a fabulous beach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

El JAZ Elite Maraya, situado frente a la playa, ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en la ciudad de Marsa Alam y cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y bar. That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" dispone de centro de fitness, jardín, zona de playa privada y salón de uso común en Quseir. We chose the hotel as our first all-inclusive holiday resort experience and it was way beyond our expectations. We were upgraded to a family room with a private pool sharing with our nearby buildings and even without that, there were so many pools of different depths and for different activities around, so spaces and availability were never an issue. There was also a private beach which people do snorkelling. There were daily programmes and performance catered for different ages and groups. We watched night-time water show (hoverboard) and had fun at the afternoon pink party (foam party in central pool). The waterpark for children and adults were fantastic with different slides and facilities. There were bar, food court, and restaurant scattering around the resort, so food and drink were never too far away. Food were great - different restaurants to choose with cuisines of various regions and cultures. Special BBQs and roasts, fruit specials, pastry and desert - like food shows every day. We were also offered to a special dinner (with live music performance) and attended an a-la-carte dinner party. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We also used the travel agents at the lobby to arrange day trips of snorkelling in the Red Sea and visiting Luxor. The hotel seemed to be known and popular among European visitors, but less for British ones. It's not as busy or crowded as other popular locations that we saw in most travel agency's holiday packages. I'd definitely recommend.
