Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was great 👍 beach was clean, and the sea had a fantastic coral reef where you can go snorkeling or diving.

At Sunrise Anjum Resort guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. We were provided with an upgrade to the beautiful sea-view room which we really enjoyed. During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kettle, a shower, a hairdryer and a wardrobe. At the resort all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with free toiletries. Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The resort features an outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)
