The resort grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and top of the top. In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

The whole thing was amazing. The hotel is so neat and elegant. It was very calm and welcoming. Mr. Hanna was very friendly and made our stay so enjoyable that we extended it.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. I went with 3 kids and they had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back if I visit the city again.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. I had an amazing holiday stay at Amarina! Everything was simply perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The food was absolutely superb, offering a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. Overall a fantastic vacation thanks to the hotel and its staff. There's always something to eat 24/7, many pools, water slides, nice beach, great indoor kids play zone with friendly staff. As for the lifeguards, waiters, cooks, bartenders, cleaners, receptionists, each and every one of them was super kind, helpful and accommodating - anything we wanted or needed day and night, the staff tried their best to make it happen. As probably anywhere in the world, there are guests cutting in line, guests that are rude and guests that treat the staff poorly. On the other hand, if you're among those who realize that the staff are not your personal servants or slaves and if you treat them with respect and kindness, maybe thow in a couple of words/phrases in Arabic, you'll get an exceptional treatment. As for the room, Swim Up room is just perfect - pool right by your terrace with sunbeds, chairs. Wide variety of delicious food and drinks.
