There was plenty of room for our 2 families staying in this place (4 adults & 4 children). Kids were very happy with pool table and tenis table, which kept them busy. Kitchen was well equipped. Garden is also great.

Bedroom was comfortable, with mattresses possible to adjust to sitting position (!) for long, leasurly morning reading. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off salt and sand after a day out. Breakfast was absolutely worth the cost for shorter stays: tasty, and just enough. No sadness over food waste, yet also feeling properly full. Well-equipped kitchen (only missing a microwave oven), even with a honesty-system bar (beer, wine and soft drinks). Charging possibilities for electric cars a big, unexpected bonus.
