It was a very quiet, simple but comfortable room. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes by foot. On our first night we could even witness a neighbourhood/street festivity. Our room was equipped with two wide beds, two fans a bench to put our stuff and a private bathroom.

The rustic yet elegant design perfectly complements the natural beauty of the desert. The pools (yes, plural!) are an oasis of relaxation, and floating in the cool water while surrounded by endless desert landscapes is an experience I’ll never forget. This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. Solaris Hotel dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y bar en Villavieja. El hotel libre de humo cuenta con wifi gratisen todo el alojamiento, bañera de hidromasaje y karaoke. Lo mejor de todo y recomendable para alojarse! Personal amable, limpio, rico y con jakuzi!

Hotel Luna Azul Tatacoa tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, restaurante y bar en Villavieja. El hotel también dispone de wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. By far my favorite place I stayed during my 3 week trip. Truly a magical oasis in the desert. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, tours, food, and even transportation back to the airport. The location was great, so quiet, yet close enough to town if you needed to go. The pool was nice and clean, the room was superclean, the air conditioning worked great too. The place is really unique, thoughtfully decorated with lights at night and really cool places and decor that the birds loved to land on, making for great bird watching as well. They always had coffee available too and tasty food from the restaurant. I would go back to this same hotel for sure.

El Sueño Real Tatacoa se encuentra en Villavieja y cuenta con jardín, salón compartido, bar, bañera de hidromasaje, recepción abierta las 24 horas y servicio de habitaciones. The pool was amazing! The staff super friendly. Overall a great place to stay!

El Dunas Tatacoa se encuentra en Villavieja y ofrece alojamiento con vistas al jardín y piscina portátil al aire libre. Neiva queda a 34 km. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. The beds were so comfortable, we couldn't believe we were sleeping in a tent. The breakfast was delicious. The boy at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a tuk-tuk driver for Tatacoa since we only had one they there. The common areas were relaxing and the location was close to the desert aswell as to the city centre. The night guard let us hang our washed clothes on the rack so they could dry.
