Joye spoke excellent English and his assistant was nice enough to pick me and my luggage from the South Gate to to the hotel, they were doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Joye also booked for me jade snow mountain tour and recommended amazing restaurants. Thank you for all the help, highly recommend this place :)

Enjoyed the breakfast and tea time at 4pm. The rooms are quite big. Easily able to walk to the pier. The concierge was very helpful in booking boat tickets.
