The room styling was so on point every day during both cleaning and turn down. The breakfast is just next level - so much variety and quality is unmatched. The staff is extremely professional and organised. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - on north bund with the best views yet it’s not very busy and crowded. Will 100% be back!

The location of the hotel is superb. Very close to the metro station and the to Maglev train to Pudong. Also very close to an amazing park and lively shopping mall with restaurants and many shops. The rooms offered free mini bar and everything we needed. The check-in and check-out were swift and easy. We had a lovely stay!

This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby.
