It is a wonderful place! Perfect location in beautiful place nearby lake. We lived in twin room and it was big, clear and cosy. Various and tasty breakfast. Very friendly stuff always ready to help. I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

La excelente ubicación. La tremenda amabilidad de la recepción del hotel. Nos organizaron la visita a Parque Nacional Forestal de Zhangjiajie. También a Yangjiajie y Gran Cañón de Zhangjiajie, Puente de Cristal. Y por último a Montaña Tianmen. Nos aconsejaron de la mejor manera. Nos explicaron cada detalle. Nos reservaron todos los traslados sin un segundo de demora. Nos compraron las entradas y nos reservaron los mejores horarios. Mil veces mejor que una agencia de turismo!!!. Nos encantó su amabilidad y cordialidad. Nos sentimos realmente como en casa. Esas personas se hacen querer mucho sin duda! Nos encantaría regresar. El puntaje fue un 9 ya que conforme la ideología china es el puntaje mayor de todos. Abrazos y besos

El No.5 Valley Inn se encuentra rodeado de zonas verdes, a 2 km de la puerta oeste (taquilla de Yangjiajie) del parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie. Frankie Qin did an amazing job in organising the driver to pick us up and drop us of at the national park. Moreover he went out of his way to explain ehat hikes to do. The room and hotel was absolutely lovely with everything you need sourrounded by beatiful nature.

Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entrance tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Zhangjiajie. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín y barbacoa. Huating, a homestay located near the South Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, is very beautiful and situated right by the roadside, making it easy to find. They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. When we stayed in the city, they also helped arrange bus transportation. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Zhangjiajie. Thank you, Huating.

Es un hotel familiar muy lindo, cómodo y con unas vistas hermosas. El desayuno es mayormente asiático, pero rico para nuestro gusto. La atención de las personas que trabajan ahí es excelente, son muy amables, cálidos y dispuestos a ayudarte. Nosotros llegamos sin la compra de las entradas a Glass Bridge, Parque Nacional Zhangjiajie y la Montaña Tianmen y ellos nos gestionaron todo, compra de entradas, itinerario, cuales están las mejores rutas y con Taxi en la puerta del hotel para movernos a todos lados. Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos ahí en un futuro. También su restaurant tiene opciones para almuerzo y cena, nosotros como occidentales recomendamos la opción de salteado de carne, verduras al vapor y el arroz que viene incluido.
