First of all I would like to thank Janka for all the extra effort she pulled for us because of our late check in, She was very kind and helpful and prepared everything for us. We loved our room, it was clean and the bed extra comfortable, the view breathtaking, the breakfast delicious.

The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular. We had a wonderful stay.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

The ski pistes start directly in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby. A lounge with Alps views is also available. Location, Spa facilities and quiet hotel, it’s been designated for exceptional moments. The girl at reception offered me a room with balcony and upgraded me without extra fees. I will never forget my moments here.
