From front desk to bell boys, they have a very high standard. For the breakfast, Samir is a star, serving people like hosting in his own home. He is the manager of several stuff. Each of them behaves like him. I haven't seen such a hospitality. Thanks!

Un alojamiento muy limpio y tal cual las fotos, pero lo mejor, la atención del personal. Muy amables y siempre intentaron ayudarnos. Hablan muy buen inglés por lo que la comunicación fue fluida. EL DESAYUNO ESPECTACULAR! Se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de referencia en Bakú.

We booked the hotel for 4 nights and were planning to move to another hotel in Baku, a direct competitor. But after just 1 night we abandoned the plan and decided to stay 6 more days at Four Seasons Baku. It’s that good. The hotel is excellent. The service is obsessively personalized. You don’t even have to ask — sometimes you don’t even think or know what you need — but they do, and they deliver. Breakfasts are not just good, they are amazing. Almost too good. We tried many local foods and combinations. When I needed a professional medical massage for pain relief, they found a specialist with the right experience. Whatever we needed or wanted, it seemed like the words “no” and “sorry” simply weren’t in the FS Baku team’s vocabulary. The Zafferano restaurant is quite pricey, but that’s more of a feature than a problem: a single dish costs more than a full dinner in the city, but you get calm, privacy, and a personal approach. You understand exactly what you’re paying for. A lot can be said, but in the end the only real way to understand it is to experience it yourself: Four Seasons is the place to stay in Baku if you want a smooth, seamless, extra-comfortable trip. He seemed to know everything and managed to surprise us even in the final days of our stay. Apartment Downtown in Nizami tiene vistas al jardín y está en Baku. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, cafetería y jardín. El alojamiento dispone de bañera de hidromasaje y aire... We had an amazing time staying at this house. The location is perfect — close to everything but still in a quiet and safe area. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Baku — we’d love to come back!

Our family had a fantastic time at Giny’s place. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely balcony. Host even provided a fantastic breakfast at hotel restaurant, which made a perfect start of a day. We can’t wait to come back!
