The whole hotel has a snow lodge feel which is very homely and cozy. They had heated floors, drying rack, all very welcome as it was quite wet for our perito merino tour. They have a restaurant across the road and a great pool / spa / jacuzzi that is included.

These were some of the best looking rooms we stayed in throughout our trip in South America. Facilities were excellent in terms of facilities. Kitchen equipment, beds, the bathroom, sockets were all excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled with another friend who had better accommodation for just a few pounds more. This would have easily accommodated us in 2 separate rooms and would have booked this for the three of us had we known.

There are also self-contained bungalows with a living room area and a kitchen, ideal for families or small groups. Such a beautiful place. Wish we could have spent longer. Calm. Loved the views. The breakfast delicious. To get there is a dirt road so we were glad we had our four wheel drive.
