The hotel is magnificent, friendly staff, helpful, welcoming with big smile, Mr . Shiva Giri was a great help with wonderful smile 😊, always there is an answer to any questions, Mr . Shambaz Hassan at the Crystal Lonuge was nice although the afternoon tea 🍵 was missing something like sandwiches , thank you for the chef caring and asking

The hotel’s Health and Fitness club contains state-of-the-art equipment dedicated to a range of cardiovascular and strength training workouts. The fact that the clinic is connected to the hotel, which made it easier for me to go there.

An open-plan bathroom with an oversize bathtub and a separate rain-shower is included. Great hotel, well maintained, clean, attentive and friendly staff, great food (breakfast buffet is delicious serving barista coffee and both restaurants on premise are also great) beautiful pool area and beach, nicely spaced out sun chairs on the beach. Good kids club as well.

The private bathroom comes with a double sink, a free-standing tub, a rain shower, and Remède toiletries. all was good as usual would love to stay there again.

I love this place, the quality and service was beyond my expectations. The property has an on-site hot tub, hairdresser's and business centre. Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical guidance on the area at the reception. Amazing location. Amenities of gym spa and beach and beach restaurant were across the road at west bay which you have to reach via an outside tunnel. Breakfast was amazing everyday at the buffet and you got specialist coffees on request and poached eggs if you want. We were looked after by great staff including Khat, Sanjitha, Loveline at the front desk during our stay

Suite rooms comes with 24-hour butler service. It’s was gorgeous! All the facilities were top notch. The spa was beautiful. From the interiors to the treatment. Food in the hotel restaurants were really good. I recommend to everyone stops over at Abu Dhabi.
