The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.

The best location from our 3 weeks Vietnam tour. Huge and uncrowded beach. Blue and calm sea water, ideal for long swim. Various food and coffee during breakfast. Large room and confortable double bed. Many connected pools, mainly for adults. The indoor kids area had many activities for my kids, permanently someone was next to my kids. My little boys enjoyed the kids room and boat tour behind the hotel.

Oh my gosh! Where do I start, this place is absolutely amazing, cannot thank ALL the staff enough for our stay. The Management, front desk staff, bar and restaurant even the life guards! Such beautiful people that could not do enough for us! The 2 brm ocean view villas were the best! We had a wee hick up with the booking (my fault) but they were happy to remedy and made it all stress free. The breakfast, cocktails served by the pool and room service was 10/10! Thank you so much for our amazing stay!

A very good hotel in terms of price and quality. We have already stayed in 5* hotels that were of much lower quality. For us the big pluses are a large balcony and sound proof rooms. The resort is located at a beautiful location. It is very quiet. We stayed in a large villa, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were excellent, very friendly. We had bad luck with the weather but visiting Hue (40 minutes drive by the free shuttle) was a perfect alternative. The Hotel Manager Cristy took personal care of us, suggesting what to do in Hue, showing us around.

Beautiful place, owner even organised a scooter for us. Thank you for this. Be aware this is a private place in the hotel. Its a hotelroom, not an apartment so no kitchen or so. Nice coffee place called Jia at the water close by.

Spacious and beautiful home with 3 toilets! Lots of cafes and food walking distance from the home and yet the place was tucked away in a quiet corner. There was a hot water dispenser and the beds were all comfortable. My friends and I loved it!
